In addition to your policy and Qatar ID details, you will need to upload a police report for all your motor-related claims.

You can get your police report via Metrash2 in case of minor accidents, or by calling 999 in case of major damages or injuries.

Claim filing is available 24/7, and we recommend filing your claim immediately or as soon as you can. Loss or damage to baggage in transit, passport loss and trip cancellation must be reported immediately. Medical expenses claims must be filed within 48 hours of admission for in-patient treatments outside of Qatar.
