The insurance plan must be purchased within 7 days of buying your device. This applies to all plans except for the Extended Warranty, which begins one year after the manufacturer’s warranty expires—usually one year from the purchase date.

Accidental & Liquid Damage / Screen Protection: coverage starts automatically from the date of device purchase.
Extended Warranty: it begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Accidental & Liquid Damage (ADLD): 1 year from the device purchase date.
Screen Protection (SDP): 1 year from the device purchase date.
Extended Warranty: 1 year after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Comprehensive 2-Year Protection: ADLD lasts for 1 year; the extended warranty lasts for 2 years.

Accidental damage protection includes physical and liquid damage that impacts your device’s functionality. It doesn’t cover intentional damage, wear and tear, or software-related issues.

No, our plans don’t cover theft or loss. However, we cover accidental damage, liquid damage, and extended warranty depending on your selected plan.
