Call us hotline at 97444962222 and tell the operator what happened. Our support will provide you with instructions on your next steps.

To support your claim, you will need to upload:
• Police report that details the nature, extent, and cause of loss or damage.
• Photos, videos, or any other evidence of the accident.
The support team may ask you for more documents to help resolve your request faster.

You can get your police report via MOT in case of minor accidents or by calling 999 in case of significant damages or injuries.

It takes the support team 2 business days to process your boat and yacht claim and send you a claim number you can use to track its status.
