2026 Doha Flights

All about the fares and flights from Doha to popular destinations — from Delhi and Mumbai to Colombo and Beirut.

2026 has been a tough year to fly on a budget, but that doesn’t mean good deals don’t exist. If you research all the airlines and book at least 2 months in advance, you’ll be able to fly without breaking the bank. To help you with the search, we’ve compiled a guide on what you can expect when flying from Doha to popular destinations like India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines in 2026 — from ticket prices and flight duration to airlines with direct flights.

How to fly from Qatar to India

Indians are the largest expat group in Qatar by a wide margin, so cities in India are among the most popular destinations from Qatar. One of the cheapest Qatar-to-India flight operators, IndiGo, is slowly reinstating flights for the route, so you can expect to pay below QAR 400 for a one-way ticket to most destinations. But if you’re not a fan of budget airlines, you still have options, and here are some of them.

Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore

An Air India one-way ticket to Delhi is now between QAR 480 and QAR 570. This is a major difference from just two months ago, when the same flight was QAR 380. Air Arabia also doesn’t have tickets below QAR 490. The flight time is 4.5 hours, and it’s recommended that you book at least 6 weeks in advance.

Mumbai one-way flights cost between QAR 500 and QAR 550 via Air India and flydubai. It’s one of the quickest flights to India — just under 4 hours. Then there's Chennai, which might be getting hit the worst out of all of them.  Air India flights are between QAR 520 and 620, 30–40% higher than in early March. Chennai has a massive expat base in Qatar, and the lower number of options is really affecting the prices.

Doha to Bangalore flight falls in the QAR 540 to QAR 600 range. Air India, flydubai, and Vistara all fly it. Vistara offers the most legroom and comfort, so it’s worth looking at first. The flight is about four and a half hours.

The Kerala Connection: Kochi, Kozhikode, Kannur

The ties between the Gulf and Kerala go back decades. Remittance money is a huge part of Kerala's economy, and the flight corridors between the Gulf and cities like Kochi, costing around QAR 550 one-way, basically function as economic lifelines. You can fly this route via Air India, Air Arabia, and Oman Air.

Kozhikode is pricier: between QAR 580 and QAR 650. Qatar Airways, Air India Express, and Oman Air fly this route, and the trip is a bit over four hours. If you're headed to north Kerala, check both Kozhikode and Kochi prices. They're not that far apart by road, but the difference between the two airports can go as high as QAR 100. Worth the drive, depending on the gap.

The Doha to Kannur flights are QAR 600 to 680 via Air India Express, and fill up fast. It's a newer route that's been growing quickly, but seat availability is still limited.

The rest of India: Hyderabad to Gorakhpur

A four-hour Doha-to-Hyderabad flight is around QAR 550, via both flydubai and Air India. Airlines are priced nearly the same but differ in their schedules and baggage policies. Kolkata is QAR 600–650, via mostly Qatar Airways and Air India. There aren’t many price variations due to fewer Doha-to-Kolkata flight options, and it’s a longer trip — about 5 hours.

Mangalore starts from QAR 560 on flydubai, while Ahmedabad runs QAR 620–700. Air India and Air Arabia both fly these routes, and the trip lasts under 4 hours. Lucknow is one that really punishes you for waiting. For some reason, the Doha to Lucknow flight ticket price is much more volatile than the others: it starts from QAR 650, but you’ll watch it rise hundreds of riyals in a matter of weeks.

There are also connecting routes, such as to Patna, which cost at least QAR 680. Jaipur is similar — QAR 700–750. And Gorakhpur, which usually connects through Delhi, starts at QAR 780. Due to limited seating, it’s recommended to book at least two months in advance.

How much does it cost to explore the Gulf?

The Gulf is probably the only area that still has cheap flights from Doha. The Doha-to-Bahrain flight takes just 50 minutes, and tickets cost between QAR 350 and QAR 420. You can fly via Qatar Airways or Gulf Air. Furthermore, Dubai just got easier again — Qatar Airways brought back daily flights at the end of April, while flydubai has round-trips from QAR 315.

Abu Dhabi is QAR 400–500 for a round trip, with Gulf Air, Qatar Airways, Etihad, and flydubai all flying direct. Jeddah is another popular Saudi destination — expect to pay around QAR 350 for a one-way ticket with Flynas or Qatar Airways. Riyadh is also worth a look, especially now. Qatar Airways, Flynas, and Saudia all operate it, and the round-trip fare ranges from QAR 400 to 600.

Dhaka, Colombo, Beirut: Other popular flights from Doha

Doha to Colombo flights are extremely popular, and the seats fill up quickly. Direct flights are around five hours and are operated by Qatar Airways and SriLankan Airlines. SriLankan Airlines is a bit cheaper with an average of QAR 900 for a one-way ticket. Kathmandu, at this time of year, is running QAR 1,000 directly via Qatar Airways. But if you’re looking into the autumn season, expect to pay much more.

Air Arabia and Qatar Airways share the Doha-Dhaka route, with one-way tickets around QAR 350. The pricing for Dhaka flights fluctuates more than that of almost any other route, so it’s recommended to book four to six weeks in advance.

Karachi has plenty of layover options, but if you want to fly direct, pick Qatar Airways. The flight lasts just 3 hours, and tickets start at QAR 1,200.

For other destinations, it’s worth noting that Doha-to-Beirut flights take around 3.5 hours and start from QAR 510. MEA and Qatar Airways are flying this route. Manila is a serious long-haul: about 9 hours. Philippine Airlines and Qatar Airways offer direct flights, but fares are pretty volatile. In most cases, you won’t be able to find a one-way ticket below QAR 3,000.

*Note: Due to the ongoing situation, flights and fares are more volatile than usual. Always check airline warnings and data before booking.
