Summer Camps in Qatar

A list of every popular summer camp in Doha for 2026, including multi-activity programs, creative lessons, nursery camps, and options for kids with special needs.

Qatar summers are brutal: temperatures rise above 40°C from June through August, which means keeping ki‌ds active, learning, and a‌way from screens takes‌ real plann‍ing‍. Luckily, there are organized summer camps all around Doha that will keep your child entertained. Whether you want sports-filled months for your kid, weeks of creative workshops, a proper nursery setting, or a summer camp for a child with special‍ needs, there is something for every kid's preference.

Sports summer camps

Aspire Camp

The Aspire Foundation has been running its summer camp for nearly a decade, with over 100 children joining each year. The camp combines entertainment and learning through a range of sports, including football, basketball, volleyball, handball, self-defense, gymnastics, and rhythmic gymnastics, in addition to swimming classes and recreational games. Camp goers will also attend field visits to prominent destinations and landmarks in Doha and enjoy educational workshops on reading and drawing.

The camp is open to children aged 3–12. Parents can sign their kids up for a daily or weekly visit, or purchase a monthly or two-month pass. In 2025, the day pass was QAR 100, the weekly pass was QAR 375, and the one-month ticket was QAR 1,300.

Activities are divided into two sessions:

  • Morning: 8 AM–1 PM

  • Afternoon: 2 PM–7 PM

Parents are providing lunch boxes and are welcome to attend.

There are three locations available, all with designated nannies and educators: Al-Maamoura, Al-Rayyan, and Lusail. You can register via the website or by calling a specific branch number.

Evo Sports Qatar Camp

Running since 2019, the #WEAREEVO camps operate at two locations: SEK Qatar in West Bay and Doha College in Al Wajba. Kids cycle through football, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, tennis, fencing, and archery across the week, meaning a different sport every day. The variety keeps even the easily bored ones engaged. The camp is open to children aged 4 to 11.

For 2026, both venues run from July 5 to August 20, Sunday to Thursday, between 8 AM and 1 PM. You don’t have to commit to a full cycle — a weekly fee is QAR 750, and you can choose a specific week that works for you. Bookings are made via the Evo Sports website, and more information is available on their Instagram.

Creative summer camps

The price for this program is QAR 1,500.

The second cycle is Beyond the Layer: From Digital Models to Physical Artifacts. It’s a 3D modeling and printing course aimed at older children. It’s held between August 2 and 6 and costs QAR 1,000. Parents can register on the VCUarts website and find more info on their Instagram profile

M7 Qatar x Liwan Workshops

M7 Qatar has become one of Doha's most exciting creative hubs, and its summer camp collaboration with Liwan Design Studios is one of the more original offerings in the city. Rather than cycling through activities, the camp walks children through the entire process of making a stop-motion film: from writing the story and building the set, to claymation, cutout animation, and final screening for family members on the last day. It's a real creative arc across a week.

Last year, the camp was held in two sessions: August 10–14 and August 17–21, and tickets were QAR 500. As soon as the 2026 cycle is announced, the tickets will be available on Qatar Creates.
