Best tips for summer indoor training
Try multi-access memberships. Consider services like Privilee, which grant access to multiple gyms, pools, and resorts across Doha. Also, look for seasonal discounts: Many gyms and group classes offer summer promotions or trial periods — don’t be shy about asking. You can also join a group class for cheaper fees. It adds structure, motivation, and a social element to your workouts.
Stay hydrated — just because you’re inside doesn’t mean you won’t sweat. Always bring a water bottle. Finally, rest is key. Overtraining in new environments can lead to burnout. Prioritize recovery just as much as training.
