In the event of an Inpatient Medical claim, please contact our 24 Hour Claims Assistance Company Neuron before QIC's approval:
1. Fill the claim form
Download the claim file, fill it in and send it back with the rest of required documents
2. Collect a list of documents:
- Qatar ID
- travel booking
- invoices and bills
- property irregularity reports or official written confirmations of a loss, etc *All claims must be substantiated with receipts, valuations, medical, police or other report(s)
